Nizan has been involved in real estate for the past 30 years. While living in New York, he owned a restoration and renovation company and applied his knowledge in the construction field, working on numerous single family homes, multi-family and commercial projects of up to 300 units. After moving to South Florida in 2009, Nizan became a licensed real estate professional and is extensively involved in the South Florida market. He owned one of the first sole Commercial Remax franchises in South Florida and headed up the multi-family division. Nizan’s first hand knowledge of spotting emerging markets has helped MTN to position itself correctly to take advantage of a growing economy, which is crucial to the success of the company. Nizan has created systems to be able to chart a market's progression and to pinpoint the best time to exit.
Nizan’s background ranges from managing commercial assets, recognizing emerging markets, property management, syndication, mentoring and advanced creative financing techniques. Nizan has been able to generate excellent returns in real estate portfolios by uncovering hidden value. His hands-on approach as an owner-operator traveling throughout the country visiting properties to insure
investors’ capital is well taken care of and has resulted in full cycle asset returns of upwards of 2x multiple for his investors. Nizan’s portfolio consists of NYC office buildings, a glamping resort, 240-key hotel/conversion to multifamily, and multifamily properties.
Charles holds an MBA from The University of Florida, and a BBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University. Starting his real estate career as a construction manager for luxury homes in Atlanta, he later moved to Keller Williams Commercial – First Atlanta, where he acted as a broker for Multifamily & Land Development transactions. After resuming studies and earning a Finance degree, he moved into Private Equity, first as an analyst, then acquisition manager, mortgage broker, correspondent DUS lender, direct lender, and onto the leadership team as an SVP and Director of the Capital Markets Division. During his time working in private equity, Charles was able to gain valuable knowledge on how to manage all aspects of the multifamily life cycle by performing different roles within the investment platform and its subsidiaries. As Director of the Capital Markets Division, he cultivated correspondent relationships with DUS lenders & insurance companies for multifamily deals > $5MM, and created and implemented an in-house table funding program for CRE < $5MM.
Aside from real estate, he has run national branding & marketing campaigns for AT&T, Coca-Cola, and Home Depot, and has managed hundreds of staff. He currently owns/operates 6 multifamily assets, totaling 515 units.
Charles is married to his wife of 11 years, and has a 2-year-old daughter.
Russell comes from a Capital Markets background having diverse banking relationships stemming from 85+ Commercial Banks and Funds. He is a Principal at The Cornerstone Group, which is an active Debt Advisory firm with over 1B+ in secured financing on Commercial and Multifamily. Russell is responsible for underwriting and structuring debt for many experienced operators and property owners across the states. The Cornerstone Group is headquartered in New York with branch offices in Miami.
Not only is Russell an avid investor/operator in multifamily, he also invests in other asset classes such as shopping centers, industrial property and storage facilities. He strongly believes in having skin in the game and personally places his own funds into every property he is involved with.
Russell believes in purchasing assets in opportunistic markets where he can invest in the community and enhance the living environment for the residents. The desire to help investors and partners build generational wealth is Russell’s main priority, and it starts with “trust you can depend on.”
During his free time, Russell enjoys playing sports and cycling. He lives in Brooklyn with his girlfriend Kathy and their two dogs - a Frenchie named Oscar and a Pit Bull named Carmella.

Biff has 17 years of multifamily housing experience, mostly centered in the student space. Biff has worked directly with several fully vertical student housing development groups who have marketed, sold, delivered, operated, and ultimately dispossessed well over $1B in total transactions. He’s also directly and indirectly operated and managed 25,000+ unique beds across the country over the years.
Chief Information Officer
Bradley joins the MTN team after his 14-year tenure as a Navy pilot. Coming from the United States Naval Academy his background is critical in producing lean systems for MTN. Bradley continued his education at University of Florida’s Warrington School of Business where he received his MBA alongside fellow teammate Charles Taylor. Bradley has over 4 years of multifamily experience, and owns and operates an ADU company “TinyHomeGeniuses” with his wife Jill.
Institutional Equity Relations
Massimiliano graduated from John Cabot University in Rome with a Business Administration degree, majoring in Corporate Finance. He began his career as a Financial Advisor at EuroFinance, a leading corporate banking advisory firm in Milano, Italy. Over the 15 years at Eurofinance, Max helped structure and secure more than 2 billion euros to finance operations related to real estate investments.
Massimiliano recently moved to NYC joining Cornerstone Capital Group of NY where he is responsible for structuring and arranging debt for commercial real estate acquisitions.
Chief Marketing Officer
Beth comes to MTN after 23 years in construction, hospitality, and home renovations. She has been an entrepreneur most of her life, mastering the finance, marketing and client relations needed to successfully run a small business. Beth has redeveloped over
$5mm in single family homes, is Co-GP on 500+ multifamily units and has international hotel investments in Panama and the Bahamas.
Beth is married to her husband David of 23 years and together they have been blessed with a beautiful daughter and four amazing dogs. Her favorite hobbies include golf and powerlifting, of which Beth holds several national records.
